Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your EIHL Dream Team account and all associated data at any time, directly from this page.
What's removed immediately
- Your login and email address
- Your Dream Team squad and player selections
- Captain and alternate captain choices
- Your profile, including favourite team
What we're required to keep
Payment records
Stripe / App Store / Play Store keep their own transaction records for legal and accounting purposes, independent of your Dream Team account.
Historical league standings
Points already scored by your team in past completed gameweeks may remain in aggregate league history, disconnected from your identity.
Entry fees are non-refundable — see our Terms & Conditions. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of your Season 10 entry fee.
Sign in to delete your account
For security, you need to be signed in to delete your account. If you can't sign in (for example, you've lost access to your email), contact us and we'll verify your identity and delete it manually.
